Article Two: Understanding
By reading this you are verifying that you understand and have read the basic rules when you registered.
Furthermore, if it is decided that you cannot adhere to the ToS below, then you should leave this website.

Article Three: Beginning Thoughts
Here at wP, we strive to make your gaming and online experience as fun as possible, but it becomes very hard to do so if members break the rules.
The rules are set in place so everyone can have fun, not to restrict you.
If you still feel that some of the following ToS restrict you too much, then PM a member of the staff.

Section II - Super Smash Brothers Brawl



Article One: Final Smash
Using this on random or with friends is perfectly fine.
However, we do prohibit the use of these in clan wars.

Article Two: Disconnecting
There should be no reason for you to disconnect on random.
If you are caught doing it, your warn level will go up 1 of 5.

Article Three: Advanced Tactics
Using these on random is legitimate.
Using these in games with friends is fine too unless they ask you not to do it.
We will be using these in wars.

Section III - Forum Rules



Article One: Inappropriate Content
We expect you know what this is, so all we will say is that your warn level will raise 2 of 5 if you choose to post such things.

Article Two: Advertising
When you advertise, you are mocking this community and it's creator, YoshiKart.
When advertising wherever for whatever site no matter what, your warn level raises 3 of 5.

Article Three: Spamming
If you are caught spamming your warn level will be raised 1 of 5.
Besides, there is a forum dedicated to spamming called Unmod, so what why get in trouble when you can just post your spam in there?

Article Four: Flaming
Flame wars are not let loose like a wildfire.
Instead, we use what we call the Court and then using a judge and 3 random members, decide who is right and wrong, and what the punishment is for all or one of the participants involved.

Article Five: Bumping
We don't worry about that rule to much but if the bmps seem to get too often and spammy, your warn leave will go up 1 of 5.( exception if it's for a importent event like clan wars)

Article Six: Forum Exclusive Sets of Rules
Any rules that are specific to a forum are in pinned threads of their respective forums.
They are to be obeyed in conjunction with the terms of service, as usually noted within the topic itself.

Article Seven: Ripping
Basically, don't steal anyones stuff. If you are caught ripping any kind of document/image/intellectual property, your warn level will go up 2 of 5.

Section IV - User Accounts


Article One: Personal Messages
Same rules as in Topics and Posts apply here.

Article Two: Signatures
Signatures should not exceed the width of the board, or be any higher than 250 pixels.
However, we will never force you to change your signature unless is uses inappropriate content.
If you signature is larger than what it should be a simple scrollbar is automatically added to your signature, to prevent page distortion.

Article Three: Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts are allowed on wP Clan, as long as you have a justification for having more than one account. If you have more than one account merely because you want to change your name or because you forgot your password, please contact a member of staff on the matter, ideally an administrator.


Article Four: Names
You may name yourself whatever you wish, but there are some limitations set in place.
Your name may not be over 20 characters long; this includes 'spaces' too.
Your name must not be in all caps.
Your name must not contain any vulgar or explicit language or inappropriate themes.

Arguments will not be tolerated, if the arguement gets out
of hand, I will ban both for an hour, only exception to un ban is if their in the cw and it's almost near cw time ( ONLY EXCEPTION )
